What is the turnaround time for standard photos?
Standard photos are delivered by 8am the next day unless same day or 3 hour delivery is ordered.
What is the cancellation policy if I need to reschedule my shoot?
As a professional courtesy, all project cancellations and/or reschedules must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot day. Failure to comply will result in an additional fee.
What does "no travel fee" cover in terms of distance from the service provider's location?
Carolina Home Photos provides services to clients located within 100 miles of the assigned service provider at no extra travel cost. The majority of the work we do falls under this no fee travel radius. The 100 mile "no charge" radius is determined individually from wherever the service provider is assigned from. For properties located more than 100 miles driving distance from the service provider, additional travel fees will apply based on mileage.
